City Gate is a modern office and retail complex consisting of two parts: Building A (14 storeys) and Building B (7 storeys). Both parts are connected by a two-storey underground car park with 226 parking spaces. The total area of the building is 25,000 sqm, including 19,000 sqm of office space and 1,350 sqm of retail space on the ground floor.

The building was commissioned in 2000 and was built on the basis of a design by renowned architects: Adam Tyliszczak and Roman Abramczuk. Its creators had an idea to create a user-friendly place, therefore the building offers modern facilities, comfortable spaces and numerous amenities for users: among others infrastructure for cyclists, restaurants, a kindergarten.
